International Logistics and Supply Chain Management

As markets evolve towards increased globalisation, free trade and right-shoring, a growing interest arises to deploy Supply Chain Management as a strategic business weapon.

The minor International Logistics and Supply Chain Management is unique in that it offers a cross-disciplinary education, combining the core topics of logistics and supply chain management in an international context.

You will gain deep theoretical knowledge and understanding of the supply chain network and its development, as well as of the tools needed to analyse, develop and change such supply chains. This includes a module dedicated to Lean Six Sigma (including an internationally recognized Yellow and/or Green Belt certificate), guest lectures from leading experts in the field and an International Case Competition.

Further to this, you will actively participate in a real-life international applied research project, exploring in which way the logistics industry can use sharing economy concepts on existing urban freight transport themes, in order to improve sustainability, quality of service and efficiency.
