All Star Consulting & Change - a leadership program for go-getters - is a unique experience that goes beyond the ordinary, in which we use cases - REAL BUSINESS SITUATIONS - as the starting point for learning. Students are in the lead and are responsible for their own learning process, supported by coaches. It’s an intense but rewarding program that will prepare you for the real world of business!
Dive into a HIGH-ENERGY LEARNING journey where you turn knowledge into action and solve real-world, multi-disciplinary challenges. You’ll work on business cases inspired by today’s—and tomorrow’s—global issues, trusted by companies like Boskalis, Coca-Cola, Port of Rotterdam, Siemens, Heineken, Stedin, and many more. Our All Star Consulting & Change students consistently impress these partners with their fresh insights and professional drive.
You’ll train as part of a HIGH-PERFORMANCE TEAM, mastering advanced problem-solving skills and stepping into the fast-paced world of consultancy. Your mission: create innovative, feasible solutions for real decision-makers—and prove their impact and change. You’ll showcase your ideas in competitive settings, from classroom battles to at least two action-packed TRAINING CAMPS: one in Rotterdam and one abroad, where you’ll compete with INTERNATIONAL teams and grow your global network.
You’ll also take the lead as a CASE CREATOR, working with managers to build meaningful business challenges and organizing your OWN CASE EVENT. This program demands commitment, curiosity, and a passion for personal growth. You and your peers steer the learning process, supported by expert coaches who help unlock your potential.
The result? A vibrant, collaborative, and fun COMMUNITY where you level up fast.
To crack complex business problems, you’ll draw on core knowledge of Strategy, Marketing, Finance, Operations (including IT and AI), and HR, each team member becoming a specialist while connecting the dots across disciplines. Staying sharp means staying current with the latest business trends.

PRESENCE AT SCHOOL
Because high-level teamwork thrives on real interaction, most sessions take place on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with remote work on Tuesdays and Fridays. Flexibility is part of the experience, so training camps may run on Wednesdays or Fridays, and some workshops may be scheduled in the evening to align with company partners. We’ll always do our best to keep you informed well in advance.
To get the most out of this journey, we strongly encourage joining community activities beyond classroom hours, because the best ideas often spark when you’re learning, exploring, and growing together
